New action and tutorials

With this action you can create your own bow in the color or pattern you want.
Can be used with any background paper or simply by creating a document and fill it with the color you want.

Created and in CS3, tested in cs2 and cs3. Not tested on MAC.Suitable for taggers and for large kits!Commercial Use Ok, no credit required but appreciated.
