Sneak peek and sinterklaas freebie

Winter Solstice is coming ... and sooner than you thought! This year, Winter Solstice arrives at NutHouse-Scraps the first week of December! Watch for this seasonal mega collection for your December activities and celebrations soon!

These gorgeous tags / labels are made by our nuthouse ct member AJR, she just made them in time for the dutch holiday on the 5th and 6th december 'Sinterklaas en zijn zwarte pieten'.
Sinterklaas (also called Sint Nicolaas, de Goedheiligman or simply de Sint in Dutch and Saint Nicolas in French) is a traditional Winter holiday figure in the Netherlands, Belgium, Aruba, Suriname and Netherlands Antilles ; he is celebrated annually on Saint Nicholas' eve (5 December) or, in Belgium, on the morning of 6 December. The feast celebrates the name day of Saint Nicholas, patron saint of Amsterdam, children and sailors. He is the basis of the mythical holiday figure of Santa Claus in the United States.

This typical Dutch kit is made by 2 of the Dutch Designers at the Nuthouse; Aquarius Designs and Wilma4ever. We got a question from one of our (dutch) CT members to make this kit and this is the result!
